Inside a barn, Building, backyard, the middle of a hay field or just about any location you can think of. If you have the room, we can fit! We can also travel anywhere in Oregon for an additional fee ($2.50 per mile after 50 miles from Bend, OR) this fee covers Wages for two bartenders to travel to And from event, fuel and a portion of hotel Accommodations.

What are the dimensions of trailer and do you need power?

Our trailer is 10ft long and requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access upon set-up and break down to enter and leave the location. We need 120v/30 AMP electrical. for an Additional fee we can supply our own power source for those intimate remote locations. We begin setup 2 hours before the scheduled start time. We can serve on private property if allowed by the property owner.

how much does it cost?

We would love to give you a simple answer of the cost! However, every event is so different, there is not one price fits all figure. We like to believe that your event is one of a kind.

do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry full liquor liability and general event insurance and all our bartenders are certified bartenders with OLCC Alcohol Certifications.

Can you ACCOMMODATE kegs?

Yes, we have a kegerator that can fit 2 pony kegs or 1 full Size keg as well as two Additional taps that require keg tubs and Additional ice throughout the duration of The event.

Do you supply alcohol?

This is a commonly asked question! per state of oregon law we cannot purchase your alcohol. as mobile bars, we are not allowed to carry liquor licenses. we can supply You with a detailed shopping list for beer and Alcohol.

for an Additional fee we can pull a (temporary sales permit) from OLCC, this requires a Minimum of 2-3 weeks notice before your event per oLCC guidelines. this permit allows us to do your Liquor shopping for you And sell cocktails at corporate events, farmers markets and business grand openings.
